Prof. Fu is Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering at University of Delaware, affiliated faculty at UD Center for Composite Materials (UD-CCM), editorial board member of Composites Part B, and elected member of ASME Aerospace Division Structures and Materials Technical Committee.
We are doing world-leading composite research, helping students to succeed, publishing high-impact research articles, and moving innovations from lab to market.

We have developed a Composite Additive Manufacturing platform that can print any types of commercially available dry carbon fibers (in a form of tow or fabric) and any types of thermally curable thermoset resins (not photo- or frontal-polymerizable resins). We aim to disruptively transform SOA composite manufacturing and define the future.
