We are proud to launch our high-loading filler-added filaments for FDM 3D printing. Fillers include popular 0D, 1D, and 2D nanomaterials.
We are proud to launch our first desktop mini pellet extruding 3D printer. Different from FDM, this one can do customized pellets at gram-scale with a variety of material additive choices, such as wood, metal, ceramic, coal, and nanomaterials. Expand your material development capability! (Link)

Our collaborative proposal with Dr. Dionisios Vlachos at Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering was selected to build a new program at UD: Advanced Materials and Manufacturing neighborhood in the UD inaugural Intellectual Neighborhood Accelerator program. We will design and fabricate hierarchical 3D printed materials for advanced chemical manufacturing.

Our 3D printer and printing technology received CAMX ACE (Awards for Composites Excellence) in Manufacturing: Equipment and Tooling Innovation Award by The American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA). Our lab has a new 6 axis robot arm with high payload. This robot arm will greatly enhance our research capability towards advanced and intelligent manufacturing.
