The speed limitations of additive processes are linked to their reliance on material layering. Rather than adding material layer by layer like traditional SLA method, Kelly et al. present a different method for manufacturing by rotating a photopolymer in a dynamically evolving light field, which can print the UV curing part within a few seconds.
